A note from Katie: 

My community, Tyendinaga, is hosting the Great Peace Recital this August. While I was planning to go and provide these gifts as raffle donations, I am no longer able to make it home to attend and offer these items physically. Instead, I am hosting a raffle to support fundraising efforts for this gathering. 

Fun fact, the birthplace of the Great Peacekeeper is the Bay of Quinte area. As a member of the Bay of Quinte Mohawks, it is my responsibility to understand the history, the importance of the Great Peace Law, and the spirit that continues to live in Tyendinaga - a place that I am proud to come from. 

All ticket purchases go directly to the organizing group to contribute to gathering expenses. This raffle has been approved by organizers.
